Best thing about The Heath is that we have access to great parks space and all the houses around us are modern and of a similar standard. Nothing worse than the nice place next to the dump in the suburbs. It is safe for our family and the home Mirvac built for us is fantastic, after 10 years it still looks great and modern. Ready access to great beaches like mentone as well as free parking at Kingston beaches. Southland not far away. If you have a larger block with the right orientation it's just wonderful. Overall a great, safe place to bring up our family.
