West End
"Best area to live, very little transport costs"
One of the best bits over looked for West End is you save heaps on getting around. You either walk everywhere or have a short trip on public transport. Rent may be a little bit dearer than the burbs but you save it on transport. Plenty of restaurants and good variety of shops.
