Coming from Sydney we decided to move to the central coast. We choose Kariong for the convience of being close to the F3 as my career took me to Sydney plus making it easier for the family to come up. Carmel Crs was the wrong choice in my opioion its a busy road for such a small suburb, vechiles go 100 miles, vechiles turning onto carmel from Mitchel tend to go to the other side ignoring other cars coming in the wrong direction. (im waiting for that head on). Schools kids walk along the street using foul language (and they are only primary school kids - wont be sending my kids there). Houses are not maintained, gardens look like no-one lives there. Dont get me wrong Kariong is a very nice place and has some of the most beautiful houses we have seen, I would recommend Kariong to anyone but not Carmel Crs especially if you have kids. When we sell we will more than likely stay in Kariong and move to the nice and newer parts of kariong and let the ferrals live on the other side of Kariong.
