Douglas Avenue

"Central to everything"

Walk to the river or your favourite eatery from Douglas ave. No need to take the car to the city (10 minutes) just catch the 106 Bus on Canning hwy or the 34 Bus on Angelo street to get you there in 20 minutes.
Like a picnic at the river, then why not pick up a Woodfired Pizza from Ciao Italia on your walk there to share with your friends or dine in for some of their famous Italien dishes. Many more Restaurants can be experienced along Mends St, Angelo St and Mill Point Rd.
Buisy lifestyle with no spare time to get to the shops? Not a problem, Coles on Angelo street has extended trading hours or visit the City for Friday night and weekend trading.
Nothing beats a Sunday session at the Windsor with friends, walk there and catch a Taxi home for only $10 (same as the cost to Casino which is the same distance in the opposite direction).
Need schooling? No problems, all these are in close proximity:
Wesley College, South Perth Primary, St Columba Catholic Primary, Kensington Primary, Penrohs College, Kent Street Senior High, Swan TAFE, Curtin University of Technology (5min drive from Douglas Ave) and many more within a short drive.
The corner of Douglas ave and Canning hwy houses a number of shops including Chemist, Hairdresser, Southern Clinic, Deli and a number of fast food outlets.
