Always clean and safe and not too far from the city :)

- Friendly neighbours
- Good schools and transport routes.
- Leafy green suburb
- Plenty of parkland

- Traffic noise from major arterial roads.

Yep I agree entirely! Close , close and close to all of the above..schools, leafy parklands, shopping precinct and safe n friendly area! Great buy in suburb - Perth!
