Caulfield North

"Green, leafy, safe and sound suburb in a great pocket of Melbourne"

We are 10mins walk to Caulfield Park which has everything - great for dog walkers, sports enthusiasts or a picnic with friends on a nice day.
Transport is also really strong with Caulfield station again only 10mins walk in the other direction which has a fast train service to the CBD - great for the daily work commute. This suburb is also really close to Monash University, Chadstone Shopping Centre and other key inner east hubs. Trams down to St Kilda and Elsternwick are really handy for a change of scenery. Being a short 10 minute drive to Elwood and other beach suburbs is also fantastic on sunny weekends or for evening walks along the coastline. Schools in the area are regarded as some of the best in Victoria and cafes, shopping centers and entertainment are never far away if you need it. Would recommend this suburb to anyone.

North Sydney

"Primarily a working suburb, conveniently located and surrounded by beauty"

Lived here for 12 months. A very convenient and safe suburb with a variety of options for travelling in and around the city. With McMahons Point walking distance (ferry), a bus route that is one stop over the harbour bridge and a train station, you really are spoiled for choice. Primarily a suburb packed with offices you will find the weekends extremely quiet in the centre of North Sydney however there are numerous options for eating out towards McMahons Point, Crows Nest and Milsons Point. Lots of well rated schools nearby and you are not far from St Leonards Royal North Shore Hospital. Nightlife at Greenwood plaza is popular on a Thursday night and Friday night is usually packed full of business professionals in most bars/clubs. Cost of living is actually quite low if you own a property or find a good rental. Aldi is located in the centre and transport costs are low to get around the city.
