"TRULY TERRIFIC"
Thomastown is a safe and established neighbourhood which is located only
17 km's from the City. It has remained a hidden gem amongst
neighbouring jewels (Reservoir, Bundoora, Epping etc...), but not for long. I
have no doubt that property prices in Thomastown will soon sky rocket. They have to. Thomastown has plenty of shops, parks and amenities. With it's diverse culture, it is also great place to raise a family. Thomastown has direct access to the Western Ring road and other major arterials. Thomastown is a great place to work, live and visit. It is a booming business district. From outdoor markets to exclusive boutique stores such as Gainesville furniture, it has it all. As the old saying goes, "Catch you round Thomastown".

I agree blaze. I reckon JonathanP is a developer or Real Estate agent trying to drive the prices up for his own ends, No care for someone who might believe him, move there and regret it
"It's really growing on me"
The more I visit Melton, the more I like it. It's really growing on me. So much so, that we are looking to buy a property there now. It's a nice, clean and tidy town. It has everything you need at an affordable price - including housing.

"Just beautiful"
Nice and quiet. Great suburb, great people. Everyone just seems so friendly. The government has made some major investment in Sebastopol over the years. It's beggining to show. It has everything you need.

I'll give you the convience of it's geographic location, but "safe" and a "great place to raise a family" it is not. Property values, I will also agree on. It is a great place to buy an investment property. But rent the place out, don't live there. If only the police was able to "Catch you round Thomastown" there wouldn't be so many problems.
