I have relocated in Nollamara for nearly half a year with my own residential new house here. I enjoy Nollamara's convenience to the fullest, and strongly recommend this suburb to professionals and family with kids. Prior to my relocation, I just had some ideas that Nollamara is close to CBD, without realising more of its benefits until my living here these couples of months.

It is centrally located in four business suburbs: morley, osborne park, balcatta and malaga, within 7km to arrive any of them. In addition, if your working place is in Bayswater it is still easy to get access to .Accordingly it caters for profesisionals who are working in these suburbs. I have been looking for jobs around these areas, and found out how lucky I am living in Nollamara since I have so many choices for jobs and little limitations.

Well, in regards to quiet and safety, I think it is subject to which part of Nollamara even which street counts. While my house is located one of the best streets in Nollamara, with great neighbourhood spirits, quietness and safety.

I believe some time later, when we purchase our next property (upgrade ourselves in residence) and let out this current one, great rental return will be garanteed.
