Chippewa Avenue

"Busy Street with plenty of Thru Traffic"

Having lived in Chippewa Avenue for many years i must say it is an extremely busy street, especially at peak hours which makes it most unpleasant for enjoying outside entertainment.
It houses numerous Public Housing Accomodation units which have proved troublesome over the years.
Not too close to amenities like shops and transport therefore a car is a must.
Noisy at night with young drunken teenagers walking the street till all hours.
Police presence was not uncommon in this street.
Resided in Chippewa Avenue for 5 years and have since SOLD and moved location.

Tyrrell Avenue

"Refined, Relaxed living in easy reach of Amenities"

Tyrrell Avenue is a small tree lined street situated between Springfield Rd and Whitehorse Rd Blackburn off Williams Road.
Tyrrell Avenue is a quiet street with refined residents and quality homes of both the current any past era. It is flat which makes it perfect for the walking to the Shopping Centre Complex and also leads you to some fantastic parkland walking tracks which house fantastic birdlife.
Being in such close proximity to schools, shops, transport (5 min walk to Station) and a 2 minute drive to the Eastern Fwy which lands you in Carlton or Hoddle St in 15 minutes makes it the perfect place to live.
3 Minute Drive to Bunnings!!! Got to Luv That!!!
