"Organic Central"
Moonah is located 5 kms north north west of Hobart. It has a wide variety of housing styles, all beautifully maintained. It has a diverse collection of shops, restaurants, offices and services. The largest undercover farmer's market in Tasmania has its home here, where the finest organic produce is on display as well as crafts and restaurants. It has a great choice of schools and there are plenty of parks and gardens to enjoy. It is the perfect place to raise a family.

"Paradise by the Sea"
Montagu Bay is located 3 kms north east of Hobart. It is on the east bank of the Derwent River. It was one of the first places on the eastern bank of the Derwent River to be settled in the early 1820's. Both the Hobart Bridge and the Tasman Bridge assisted in the developement of the area. Montagu Bay has both a boat ramp and a jetty from which is launch numerous power and sail boats. These boats can be seen filling the bay any day of the week. It also has beautiful views of Mount Wellington, the Derwent River and the Tasman Bridge. It has its own local primary school and great sporting facilities including the two large cricket grounds, the eastern shore cycle path, the Clarence Sports Centre and an Olympic swimming pool. There are a few local shops but most residents shop in Nearby Rosny Park at the Eastlands Shopping Centre. The Tasmanian SES has a base here due to the closeness of the Tasman Bridge and its history. It is a great place to raise a family.

"Trackside Entertainment"
Honeywood is located 17 kms north west of Hobart. The area around Honeywood is possibly going to be effected by the increase in light industrial activity with the transport of goods by road and rail through the Brighton Transport Hub. Horse racing is also a major emphasis in the area with Brighton Racecourse just up the road also known as the Brighton Training Centre which services both the thoroughbred and pacing industries.

Coningham is a coastal suburb over 20kms south of Hobart. It is a place of beautiful beaches and great water views. It is a great place to get away from it all and enjoy the natural surroundings. What it lacks in services it makes up for in environment and community feel. Come here just for a break or decide to stay. The choice is yours.

"A Little Piece of Heaven"
Bonnet Hill is a popular place for those in the know in the cycling fraternity. It has many trails most of which lead to the nearby Kinston Beach. On the hill itself you will be able to discover and explore its famous shot tower. Climb its steps and you will see magnificent views of the Derwent. It is home to the Kingston Beach Golf Club. Have a round of golf and if it isn't going too well look out and enjoy the beautiful view of the channel coast.
