Whittens Lane

"Perfect place for development"

Whittens Lane is located off Doncaster Road, Doncaster opposite the Manningham Council Civic Center. The top of the street for many years was home to Blockbuster Video and recently closed down to make way for the Chemist Warehouse. Whittens Lane has numerous unit and townhouse blocks for those second home buyers and retirees looking to downsize. It is also walking distance to Doncaster Shoppingtown (locally known as Shoppo) and close to public transport. You are able to catch the 207 to the city via Kew, the 307 to the city via Park and Ride and the Eastern Freeway and the 295 to Box Hill. Whittens Lane is also walking distance to Doncaster Primary School and Doncaster Secondary College that both boast a high standard of education. It is also minutes away from Holy Trinity Church on Church Road that is used in the filming of the television show Neighbours.

Brindy Crescent

"Brindy Crescent, the place to be."

Brindy Crescent is located just off Renshaw Street entering from Wetherby Road. At the top of the street are two restaurants and a cake shop with delightful window displays. It has excellent public transport access with the 279 bus running to Box Hill station and the 306 running to the Melbourne CBD via the Eastern Freeway during peak times. Brindy Crescent is minutes away from Shoppingtown (locally known as Shoppo) and from supermarkets, fast food outlets and car dealerships. Brindy Crescent also boasts bike track freeway access and is minutes away from 24 Hour McDonalds on the corner of Doncaster and Blackburn Road (locally known as Blacky Maccas).
