Small formerly quiet street just off Bridge road. Close to shops and restaurants but also a major traffic location for shopping tours, people escaping Bridge road and Lennox street traffic jams. Housing and community being slowly undermined by council policy to support over development and extend business and medical area at cost of loss of amenity and safety.

A major tree-lined street in the centre of Fitzroy. Easy walking distance from Smith & Brunswick street and the restaurants, bars and galleries. Just far enough away fro all the great things to do and enjoy to be a bit quieter and have a more settled and comfortable feel. Only limited parks close, but good schools in the street or nearby with the pool and other community resources an easy stroll or bike ride on the protected paths.
