Fabulous coffee shops at the corner, including hairdresser. Bus route around the corner to all parts of the gold coast, state school 3 mins away, along with the vibrant James St, where you can find funky local shops, restaraunts, more coffee shops . Its a 5min drive to Stockland shopping centre.
