The locals are great, but the cost of living is way beyond a joke. We are being evicted so the realestate can raise the rent on our home in Lewis St from $410 to $700. We are not the only ones this is happening to. Think very carefully before moving here. The locals are all leaving due to the exhorbatant rents. The houses are overpriced to buy due to the high rental returns, and once the gas pulls out, the bottom will drop out of the market and this will become a ghost town. Sad. Because it shouldn't be that way. I am not a small town person, but I will be sad to leave the people here.
