Ive lived in Florence street for over two years and i have to say it is the best street i have ever lived in. For a street so close to the city it is very quiet and very green.
The proximity to Leederville and Mount Lawley is outstanding, with everything you could ever want either a 10min walk to 2min car ride.
There is a great mix of properties on the street, from large street front homes with full blocks, to apartments, to townhouses. I live in a townhouse and cant recommend it enough!

Fantastic street, easy to get in and out of the city by car, taxi, bus and even bike. I often ride down to the train station and follow the tracks right into the city - a 15min ride with no traffic!
For a street so close to inglewood Drummond really is a bargain and a half! everything you need is at your fingertips.
We have an older style property which we are currently renovating so we are getting the best of both worlds: old school charm mixed with modern design...
Bedford is very undervalued for what it is and I recommend anyone wanting to get in, get in soon!
