Snook Crescent

"I love Snook Crescent so much.............."

that in my life I've bought two houses and they have both been situated upon Snook Crescent. Having lived at either end I feel that I've enough neighbourhood cred to review Snook Crescent. And whether your at the Paget St end or the South St end the neighbours are friendly. We love Snook Crescent!!! I just love the Paget St end a little more because our home is north facing, simple.

White Gum Valley

"Real Estate in White Gum Valley"

Hi, I'm Lauri from Dethridge Groves Real Estate. I have sold many houses in White gum Valley and know many White Gum Valley residents. White Gum Valley continues to be an affordable alternative for people looking for the Freo lifestyle. There is a variety of houses from the original timber framed cottages to new contemporary designs. Some properties are elevated to take advantage of the views and the sea breeze whilst some are located closer to the Fremantle border enabling access to Fremantle by foot or bicycle. Booyembarra Park and the Golf Course are great places for your daily walk or run. The local school is a small community school with an active P&C. White Gum Valley is home to Fremantle's best DVD hire, a couple of deli's and Cafe Lumos.

Hilton

"Freo Feel, the Hilton Way"

I'm Lauri from Dethridge Groves Real Estate a Hilton Resident for the last 12 years. Hilton manages to attract many wonderful creative, sustainable minded residents. The talents of these wonderful people can be seen in their homes and gardens which is helping to shape and mould Hilton into a microcosm of Fremantle. With 2 great cafes, our own community garden, Hilton Fresh and the upgrade to the PCYC and surrounds life is certainly moving along nicely in Hilton. My kids and I live on a front strata so our front yard is our back yard if you get what I mean and people passing by always say hello and sometimes stop for a chat. My elderly neighbour up until recently always put my bins out and brought them in. And we know all the neighbours surrounding us by name. We live close to Grigg Park and the life that park see's is amazing. Friends meeting up to play at the playground, kids playing basketball, dogs chasing a ball that's only during one hour of the day. I can highly recommend life in Hilton.
