River St

"Relatively quiet street in amongst the industrial part of Richmond"

River street is a no through street/road which is great in cutting down on traffic volume that would otherwise link River Bvld and Victoria Street.
Located at the tree lined end of the street is child care centre and also a nursing home.
At the door step is the walking/bike track along the Yarra which is a great asset to enjoy the great outdoors.
Victoria Gardens Shopping Comlpex & Fitness First are a 5 minute walk.
The Royston Hotel is a great local watering hole as is Mountain Goat micro brewery which is located on North Street. It can get a little noisy some Friday or Saturday nights however.
Home Hardware is also found here which has it's own customer parking.
Street parking is sometimes limited due to apartment style living in this street and the Royton Hotel being popular.
For the past four years I would have to say overall this is a great street to live in.
