I have lived in Ilex Court for 8 1/2 years and we have not had a problem with any of our neighbours, new or old. Everybody seems very pleasant and we may not be "friends" but we all look out for each other's properties.

Ilex Court is a small court with only 7 houses. It's a newer section than most of Morphett Vale and perfect for a family with young kids wanting to ride their bikes in the street.

It's very quiet with most people away at work or school during the day, but can be social if you feel like kicking the footy down the road!

It's a very central location. Colonnades is 10 mins west, Woodcroft Shopping Centre is 10 mins South East, Southgate Plaza is 5 mins north. South Road is one minute away with a bus stop right there.

Two minutes down the road is the Emu Hotel, Caffe Primo and Mings Court Chinese, with Junk Food Corner only 5 mins away.

There are several schools to choose from in the area including primary and secondary.

You couldn't find an area with more parks and playgrounds nearby! And the "Bike Track" will take you to most of them.

I would recommend ilex court to anyone wanting to live in an excellent neighbourhood.
