Dundalk Street

"Nice Quiet Cul-de-sac"

Because Dundalk St is a cul-de-sac we get no through-traffic. A lot of the houses were built just after WWI and theres a mixture of weatherboard and brick. There are some established gardens and enough trees to satisfy the birdlife. We are adjacent to Kororoit Creek and its bike path. The bus stop for the 219 is about a two-minute walk - and it will take you to Sunshine, where you can link up with transport by bus or rail to most parts of the city. If your mode of transport is the car you will be able to get to Melbourne in around 17-20 minutes. You can go via Wright St/Sunshine Rd or down Fairburn Rd to get onto the Western Ring Rd.

We have been in this street since about 1997 and house prices and land value has doubled in that time.
