"The safest and best suburb in the world!"

Nicholls is a family friendly place with lots of parks and recreation clubs. It is a very slow driving zone so that all the kids are safe. It is also close to schools and shopping centres.

Great for

It has great housing
It is safe for children
It is a family friendly place

Not great for

Because of the amount of mansions, there are midnight parties going on sometimes.
