The street is one-way so there is minimal traffic. There is a lot of building on the street which is good for values but can be a bit irritating during the day. All of the shops are a 2 minute walk away, tram is 2 mins walk away, cafes, restaurants, bars- everything is really close without encroaching on the suburban feel of the street. Police station is again, 2 mins away as is the park. Parking isn't too bad if you don't have a garage. It's a great spot. Lots of cats.
