A quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood with humble homes on decent sized blocks. My husband and I moved here from the south-eastern suburbs and we're very happy. We're away from the city but not too far. There's a train station and the commute to the CBD takes around 40 minutes in the mornings on weekdays, otherwise it's a 40-60 minute drive (depending on traffic). There's some good local restaurants, it's a short drive to Knox City and Eastland shopping centre and around 15-20 minute drive to the Dandenong Ranges and 1000 steps walk.
