Cotoneaster Ramble is a terrific spot all round. Has easy access to excellent parks, kids' playgrounds, cafes, shopping, public transport and a variety of great open spaces that are ideal for picnics, sport or just spending some time soaking up the atmosphere. The local council and various community organisations put on great local events throughout the year.

A variety of schools close by, lots to do if you like getting out and about, and plenty of locals who take genuine pride in their home and local community. I would definitely recommend living there.

Surprisingly peaceful in terms of traffic noise as a result of some sensible planning by the developers/local council and the nice quiet cul-de-sac location.

Stirling is a great spot all round. Has easy access to excellent parks, kids' playgrounds, cafes, shopping, public transport and a variety of great open spaces that are ideal for picnics, sport or just spending some time soaking up the atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend living there.
