Heathcote
"Great Leafy Suburb"
We bought in Heathcote in 2005 and sold our place for a $200k profit 8 years later. It is a fantastic suburb if you are looking to buy for capital growth. Very popular with families and elderly. Has a train line and buses and is a 45 min trip on the train to the city.
It has Engadine shops a 5 minute drive away with 4 supermarkets, RTA and Medicare. Everything you could ever need. Very spoilt for choice with fantastic schools.

- Really good schools
