Buckley Road is a rural street and close to Train, Freeway and Bus service.
20 minutes into the city out of peak hour with no traffic lights. 40 mins in peak.
There are walkers, joggers, horse riders and cyclist using the road on a regualr basis.
We are spoilt because our closeness to Sunbury and all the shops, schools and restaurants.
There are plenty of doctors, dentists and specialist services in Sunbury which is 5 mins down the road.
There is no other area 20 minutes out of Melbourne in such a fantastic rural setting.
There is an excellent bus service to all the local high and primary schools. There are also daily buses for th private schools in Keilor, Essendon and Mount Macedon.
Unfortunately properties do not come up for sale very often and when they do they go quickly. Usually in 2 weeks.
Google earth does not do the street any favours as the street view was taken in middle of the drought.
