Timberline Avenue

"Premier Suburban Living"

West Pennant Hills has recently established itself as the premier suburb in the Hills District. With an average household income of over $100,000 there is a mixture of upper middle class and affluent familes. Generally the residents are from professional backgrounds (Accountants, Solicitors or I.T.). There are many high quality homes in the area with most homes under 15 years old and generally built by Custom/Master builders.
The Cumberland Forest is in the heart of the suburb so it provides a great opportunity for family BBQs, picnics and there are also plenty of parks for kids to play in. Drivers will find it very easy travelling to the city as the M2 Pennant Hills Road exit is 20 mins (non-peak) and 40 mins (peak) to the city. M2 shuttle buses are also provided - I recommend catching them from the Aiken Road/Pennant Hills Rd or Eaton Rd stops. These stops are on or next to the M2 so travel time is express due the the bus lanes on the M2.
There are excellent public schools in the area with Beecroft/West Pennant Hills the pick of them. Overall you will find that once you move into the area you will never want to move out. It is a quiet, leafy suburb which is still affordable (for now) that is well connected to the City/North Sydney business districts.
