"Living in Moorookyle (owner occupied)"

I have been living in Moorookyle Estate for the past 2 years. And I have no problems and loving it. My kids love to play in the parks next to the Country Club. I have noticed the back estate, Heartlands have been developed, making it easy access to Leakes Rd via The Rise Estate. There is a proposed School behind Moorookyle Estate. I am looking forward to it. Like in any part of Melbourne there are always some bad stories..but you can't punish the whole estate based on a few bad experiences. I would recommend to anyone that want to buy the property in Tarneit to consider Moorookyle Estate, as the price is still affordable. Moorookyle is my home.

Great for

  • 30 minutes from city
  • New house
  • Parksand Recreations and child care centers
  • Railway Station under construction

Not great for

  • At the moment nead to take a Bus to the nearest Railway station
