Werribee

"Not safe at all"

I worked there is 2007 and we used to go the store and find someone broke intro it ..
Drugs and sringes all over the area..
New residential areas can be more safe like Wyndhamvale and Manorlakes..etc

If you actually read the crime stats you will find Wyndham City (Werribee) has one of the lower crime rates in Victoria! For example, 4,702 criminal incidents per 100,000 people in Wyndham, compared to the City of Yarra (Fitzroy, Collingwood and Richmond) 11,283 per 100,000 people. Get you facts straight before you dish out on a suburb that is actually ok! https://www.crimestatistics.vic.gov.au/explore-crime-by-location

Come on, it's not that bad. You have seen one break in, all areas suffer this from time to time & I haven't seen sringes anywhere. I must be lucky...

If you actually read the crime stats you will find that Werribee has far more crime offences than that of any other suburb in Wyndham, 4768 offences. Hoppers being second with 3132 offences, and more than doubling third (Point Cook, 2015 offences). Using Wyndhams crime statistics to represent Werribee is dumb. Especially since there are suburbs such as Williamslanding and Truganina that have very low crime rates

Nice if you enjoy trafffic, footy, small blocks and over priced blocks that won't CG until 2030???...Look else where if investing,if buying with your heart,by all means :)

Greenerpastures @ please name one suburb in Melbourne or Sydney which does not have traffic issue and over priced new townhouses that looks more like shoe box. Lets accept the fact the face of Melbourne is changing rather you are part of it or not.

"Expensive for nothing"

If you have that sort of money you might as well buy with Mirvac behind waverly garden.

I respect that everyone has a right to comment, but I strongly disagree with what you say about Lyndhurst as a resident I find it has a lot to offer, by the look of your comment it would seem to me that you have a vested interest in running Lyndhurst down and making Waverly Park look good, I am not sure why however it’s nice to know that Lyndhurst is in the same price bracket as Waverly Park Waverly is a nice area. :-)

Its always the way, the more popular an area is the more people hate it.
