We have enjoyed the time we have lived in Yangebup and whilst we are moving it is only to Beeliar which is 5 minutes down the road. The main reason for the move is because we wanted a bigger house and fell in love with one in Beeliar but would have bought anywhere around Yangebup or Beeliar because we really like this area in general.
The neighbours are very friendly and our street is so peaceful that you feel very secure here. It is also a very leafy and green neighbourhood close to parks and shops. We have only lived here for one and a half years but in that time have gotten to know our neighbours and been on good terms with them. They have a Christmas street get together every year which is a really good idea and allows you to meet and relax around your neighbours.
We also rented our house for three years before we moved in and never had any trouble finding tenants and those we had were respectful of the house and got on with the neighbours. Our house is in a cul-de-sac so it is so very quiet most of he time as whilst cars may go down the street leading to our street only local traffic use our street, and as their is only 6 houses in the street traffic is light to say the least.
