"Best street in one of the best areas in Frankston"

The Whistlestop Estate is a great environment bordered by attractive parklands. The people who live here care about their community, homes and gardens. The homes in this area have appreciated enormously over the last 5 years and will do so even more over the next five with the Frankston bypass being built soon.

Blake Court

"Wonderful court full of trees, gardens, birdlife; close to everything but with exclusive country-style atmosphere"

Blake Court is a gem of a place to live - centrally located off Humphries Road, close to two excellent primary schools and numerous high schools, this court is quiet but the neighbours are very friendly. We all live on 2/3 acre or more so we have plenty of space for our children, gardens, pets, pools and other interests. Beautiful Overport Park is just around the corner which is a terrific leash-free park for dogs, and you can also play tennis at the tennis club there, or your children can play on the swings and slides, or you can join a theatre group or the Peninsula Art Group, or play cricket or football, or take a walk through a forest - it all happens at the park! The train is only 12 minutes away by car and the shopping is excellent whether you go to Mt Eliza Village, Frankston or Mornington. Blake Court is a beautiful place to live and it deserves its ranking as one of the best streets in Mount Eliza.

Mount Eliza

"A beautiful area and a genuine lifestyle choice for every family"

Mount Eliza is a wonderful seaside area full of birds, trees and relaxed friendly people. Mt Eliza folk don't feel like rodents in a rat race - and that's not surprising because they live in one of the most beautiful areas in Australia, the Mornington Peninsula. The shopping centre in Mt Eliza is a quaint and prosperous little village where you can spend your cash in exclusive boutiques or op shops, read the papers and eat a delicious breakfast in one of the terrific coffee shops, take a long walk on the beach, watch multi-coloured lorikeets winging through the sky, see wild ducks and their babies waddling down your street, shop in nearby Frankston or Mornington - and all this only an hour from Melbourne's CBD! We have lived all over Melbourne but after 5 years in Mt Eliza, we know we could never leave it - we feel so very lucky to live in this lovely country-style area.

Totally agree Also good for the trendy, gays & lesbians. One does not go to the village in old dungarees and there are many gays and lesbians in Mt Eliza
