Balwyn

"Perfect balance of peaceful harmony and convenience to amenities"

One of the most highly-prized suburbs in the inner-east area. It is not yet over-developed with high-rise high-density residential dwellings, and its relative large block of lands is envy to many potential owner-occupying home owners. Balwyn's surrounding is filled with trees, parks and reserves. Yet, the main roads Whitehorse Road and Balwyn Road offer convenience to shops, transport and excellent schools. However, because of all the gems Balwyn offers, property prizes have increased significantly in recent years.

Yarrbat Avenue

"Prestigious, sought-after address, beautiful streetscape and good-size land blocks"

Yarrbat Ave is beautifully lined with established canopy trees. Street is wide enough to accomodate traffic and surrounding is nice and quiet. Neighbours are friendly and helpful. The street is also full of beautiful mansions. Property prices are highest in this street.
