You hear kids playing in their backyards all the time. And people seem to also walk their dogs- I think that there is a few "dog" parks near by but as I have only a cat I haven't investigated this. Depending on the weather the traffic can be a bit load but put on the ear phones and listen to a good pod cast while walking and you don't notice it. There seem to be people with families (young kids and teenagers) a few older people and there is even a house of uni student- so a real mix. Some people will smile while other keep to themselves. I feel pretty confident that my street would help out if I needed a hand.
