Keysborough

"A perfect place to bring up young families"

Ok, in reply to the 2 reviews below: Let's be fair! Waterways is NOT part of Keysborough, its actually a different suburb, so mentions of flooding that occurred there shouldn't even be mentioned in a review for Keysborough. Secondly, since when does having Vietnamese or Indian families living in a suburb make it a bad one?! We are all Australians in the end aren't we?

And now for the proper review:

We've found Keysborough to be a lovely, peaceful place to live in and its a fantastic place to bring up our (young) family. Its quiet, safe, and provides a lot of good local amenities (Parkmore shopping center is a godsend!). Yes, the blocks in the new estates are getting smaller and smaller, but what else is new? We just take the kids to the nearby parks! As for the prices, well I guess that's very much a personal opinion isn't it? But for the record, I think the prices are fair in comparison to the rest of Melbourne,

There's a good community vibe here, and we don't regret for one second for moving here. Of course, there's the added bonus of being so close to the EastLink...and the Keysborough golf course!

Great for

  • Good Access to EastLink
  • Nice Golf Course

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
