Despite being so close to Morley Dr, when you stop and take a breather you can't actually hear the cars on the main road. Its very peaceful and quiet, and sometimes you can hear the birds in the local park. It's really close to some small shops, with numerous food outlets, and Karrinyup shopping centre is just down Karrinyup Road, or Innaloo down Cedric St, or Morley Galleria down Morley Dr. The 98 and 99 buses run on Morley Dr every fifteen minutes so access to buses and train stations is great.
Nollamara Primary School is also on Constance Street, so their lawn and playground areas are great for a stroll, or there is a local park less than a 5 minute walk away.
There's really not much you can't like!
