Narellan Vale

"Somewhere to call home"

I have lived in Narellan Vale for over the past 20 years and know the area very well. Narellan Vale features a family orientated lifestyle with local schools, shops and playing fields.

Originally, this area was granted to William Howe who - like many other recipients of local land - played a prominent role in the consolidation of the fledgling colony. It was not until the 1990s that residential subdivision occurred here. Today, Narellan Vale is a thriving suburb that’s immensely popular with families. Residents enjoy easy access to the commercial, retail and administrative centre that is Narellan, along with abundant open space.

Residents of Narellan Vale have great options when it comes to eating out. There are plenty of fast food outlets and take-away stores in neighbouring Mount Annan. Narellan Vale has a small shopping strip. It offers locals all their daily essentials, as well as takeaway food. Nearby Mount Annan is where many residents of Narellan Vale undertake more substantial shopping. They house an Aldi, Coles and Woolworths supermarket, along with numerous specialty stores.

Narellan Vale is approximately eight kilometres from Campbelltown. Regular bus services operate between Narellan Vale and Campbelltown railway stations. It provides access to the Campbelltown, Southern, East Hills and Airport lines and provides regular services to the city.

I have enjoyed growing up in Narellan Vale and I now have the opportunity to introduce new buyers into this community as I am the Narellan Vale Property Specialist for McGrath Estate Agents Camden.
