"Leonay is the Best Place to Live in Penrith City"

A beautiful & peaceful corner with the boundaries being the mountains, river & M4 Motorway. Really only resident traffic because Leonay is not on the way to anywhere. There is lots of green space, river walking & cycling tracks all within a short drive of Penrith Westfields & CBD. I always love coming home to Leonay whether it be following a days work or an extended holiday. It looks beautiful and provides an escape from the chaos & pace of modern living.

Great for

Clean, Green, Peaceful & Quiet whilst being close to all Penrith's facilities

Not great for

The bus service is mainly morning & evening with few services throughout the rest of the day.
