This suburb is really up and coming. I recently explored it - there are some great restaurant options as well as close proximity to the beach and medical facilities. Capel beach is very clean and the miscellaneous shops provide all the essentials. Properties are still quite cheap and provide good rental returns.

Looks lovely but no a great place to live. It is too far from the beach, shops and overall amenities. Whilst people boast about the views, they are distant views. We've just sold our house and it has depreciated since we bought 2 years ago. Invest your money elsewhere on the peninsula such as sorrento or St. Andrews beach.
