Westbourne Street

"Relax by the creek"

Set in the popular Springbank Waters estate of Burton, Westbourne St is well located with most homes having views of the wetlands right out the front door. Just a short walk to the bus stop on Springbank Blvd., it's an easy commute into Salisbury on the 401 bus, as well a only being a short drive to the RAAF base, Holden and the Springbank shopping center. There's a great neighbourhood spirit and most homes are well cared for by loving owner. An all round lovely spot to live.

"Quiet road by the lake"

This is a great little street. It's a no-through-road so there's very little traffic and it's right by the lake which features a small boardwalk and a playground. Homes are all modern and well cared for by the friendly neighbours. Great walking tracks along the creek and wetlands, and a good school is only a few minutes away. Handy for RAAF and Holden employees as both are only a short drive.

  • Close to RAAF
  • Close to expressway to the Barossa

"Modern street with its own creek"

This is a wonderful little street in the Springbank Waters area of Burton. All of the houses are modern and well kept, and parts of the street overlooks a reserve with a peaceful stream. It's a beautiful, friendly spot and is very hand to the local school and childcare, and a very short drive to the Springbank village shops and the RAAF Edinburgh base. Also, the new Northern Expressway is just a few minutes away providing quick access to Gawler and the Barossa Valley.

"Quality modern homes in a nice, friendly street"

This is a really nice little street. There is very little traffic so it is pretty quiet, and most home are owner occupied so the yards are well kept. There are two private schools within a short distance as well as Paralowie Plaza. It's only a short drive to RAAF Edinburgh and the Holden factory making it an ideal spot to live in an affordable, modern property that is close to work for many in the defence and auto industries.

Blaess Drive

"Quiet street with friendly neighbours"

Blaess Drive is a really nice location. The residents take pride in their homes so the road is always clean and tidy. There is a large reserve at the end of the road for the kids to play and the Bethany School is around the corner. Woolworths and local shops are also walking distance. All in all, a lovely, quiet spot to raise a family.

Northcote Walk

"Trendy, out-of-the-way little spot"

This is a cool, hidden spot, with lots of trendy town houses. Virtually no traffic being tucked away like it is, it's a really quiet area, although there is a little noise with the train line being fairly close. Not far from the shops, cafes and the train station, and very convenient to the Uni and Tech Park.

Boyaca Court

"Quiet, dead end court near a great big reserve"

This is a lovely little street. Being a dead end court, there's very little traffic so it's nice and safe. There a huge reserve with a modern playground at the end of the street, and the shops, fast food and schools are only a short walk. Bus stop for the 411 route is just around the corner for easy access to Salisbury and Mawson Lakes. Proximity to Port Wakefield Road means there is a little road noise and the occasional RAAF Orion flies over, but in general, it's pretty quiet.

Lombard Avenue

"Another peaceful culdasac in pleasant Paralowie"

A generally well-kept road in an area popular with first home buyers, little traffic as it's a dead end street. There's a little road noise from neighboring Bolivar Rd, but it's not too bad. Close to the bus stops on Bolivar Road, and schools and shops are within walking distance. A nice, value for money area.

Balmoral Ct is a lovely new, private subdivision, with all houses built in the last few years. Residents take pride in the appearance of their properties. Very quiet and friendly with no traffic, and just a short walk to the shopping center on Bolivar Road with Coles, fast food and medical services. Convenient to the bus too, to get to Mawson Lakes.

"Great spot for the family"

A quiet street with little traffic, especially at the top end which is a dead end. Well kept, late 80's built houses with tall gum tree lining the road providing a pleasant setting. Close to a couple of large reserves with off road bike tracks, and two good primary schools are within walking distance.

A quiet dead-end street with next to no traffic, just a short walk to the ABC Childcare Center and the Bethany School. The Whites Road shopping center is just around the corner too with a good sized Woolworths and a late night pharmacy. Public transport is a few blocks away with bus access on Kings road taking you to Mawson Lakes or Salisbury. All in all, a great, affordable area.
