"Convient, leafy lifestyle"
William street is set in a perfect location close to shops, cafes, public transport, schools, child care and Mitcham private hospital. You can walk to any destination so leave your car at home! The park across the road is a hive of activity and perfect for the kids and family BBQ's. The street is always neat and the neighbours friendly. With a mix of modern to classic style homes in the hood and a choice of a house or a small unit, there's something on offer for everyone.
Great for
- Beautiful Haliday park across the road
- Bus stop out the front and shoet walk to the train station and only 500m away from the main shopping street and Coles
- Neat and leafy

- Older style houses in the street
- Adjoins Mitcham road
