"Wonderful Mountain Views with Clean Fresh Air!"
The first thing you notice when walking, cycling or driving into Nickson Close, Bayswater North is being captured by such a wonderful view of the Dandenong Ranges.
The clean fresh mountain air and the wonderful bird wildlife travelling across the mountain ranges brings back memories of my childhood.
The estate has 18 House Lots and each house is representative of a very high build quality. The views alone are rare for a sub division in this neigbourhood.
Children play out in the street, everyone says hello and looks after each other when on holidays away from the house, its such a wonderful, close nit community!

Prices in this area (Bayswater North) are typically between Low $300K to Mid $400K depending on the area and type of House.
True, just about every suburb in melbourne is on the increase some more so than others in particular the inner city belt. Outer Eastern Suburbs like Bayswater, Croydon, Boronia just to name a few are also on the "step incline" in prices.
The main local shopping centre is Eastland located in the heart of Ringwood.
There are a few good restaurants located in Croydon and Ringwood, approx 5 minutes drive from Bayswater North.
There are also some very well respected schools close by and public transport (Bus) drives along Bayswater Road (2 minutes walk from Nickson Close).

Great photos, looks like a beautiful street. What sort of prices are people paying to live in your area? Getting tough to find nice areas that dont cost crazy prices! What's the local shopping centre? Any restaurants out there?
