Boyd Avenue is a quiet tree-lined avenue in a sought after pocket of West Pennant Hills. Houses are rarely offered for sale and when they do, are sold promptly. At least 90% of the street comprises of families and couples, including some older residents.

Boyd Ave is very conveniently located, being 10 min walk to Thompsons Cnr shops (Coles etc.), 5 mins from West Pennant Hills Primary which has a great reputation and walking distance to Pennant Hills High which is held in even higher regard.

For transport, you have the option of crossing over the road on Pennant Hills Rd to catch the express bus to the city or walk to Beecroft station (circa 20 minutes, or 5 min drive) to catch the train.

There is a park on the cnr of Cardinal Ave and Boyd Ave and this was recently redone by the council - not super impressive but nice.

Drawbacks are only one - it typifies suburbia albeit middle class-affluent suburbia.
