"Nice Place But Not Much To Do"
It's a nice place but there is nothing to do when your young which leads to trouble. That is why there are so many teenagers hanging around the milk bar, football club and bus stops. Very nice houses increasing in value everyday.

"Quiet Friendly Street"
Great location, close to the parks. Very quiet. House prices are gaining value all the time and will only increase with the opening of Peninsula Link.

Carrum Downs
"Getting Better All The Time"
All suburbs grow and change. I think Carrum Downs is on the up. Housing prices are rising and with Peninsula Link opening in 2013 it will only continue to go up. The local private school is very good. I feel more central to everything since living here than I have in other suburbs.

what is worng with that? of course kids are going to hang out at the footy club because they always have socails down there they have footy stuff down theresame with the milk bra as well with all the cheap lollies down there why cant they sit there without being look down on? thhey are hanging around the bus stop because they are waiting for a bus to comewhat is so bad about? haning around a bus stop are you stupid????
