Barana Parade

"“Best street in Roseville Chase (IMO)”"

I know of one local couple who drive down Barana Pde every so often just to check out their favourite houses so it's not just me who thinks this street is hot. What they don't know is that we have such a great mix of people in this street. We have retirees, singles, couples and families most of whom intermingle on occasion. I guess it's the best of cul-de-sac living surrounded by quality homes and quality people. I walk most places - to the local shops, the parks, the primary school, swimming lessons, even to Echo Point and naturally to the very handy public transport taking me to Chatswood, the city, Manly etc. The same convenience is true of most of Roseville Chase, and of course, if you're driving, the trip into the city is unbelievably quick. I was checking out the annual median and average prices trends for the last four months for Roseville Chase - the median for the year up to Jan 2010 was $1,180,588 and has steadily risen for the year up to Apr 2010(thus far) to $1,355,000. The average has gone from about $1,366,000 to $1,468,000 for the same times respectively yet houses in Roseville Chase are still cheaper than comparable ones in surrounding suburbs. Roseville Chase has got to be Sydney's best kept secret..until now. ;)
