I have been living in melbourne since year 2000 an bought my first investment property in Mulgrave in year 2003.

This is greate community all the facilities at close proximity. Top calss schools, access to university, Monash Medical centre and Mazenod church. Few minute to monash free way and Corporate sector on the 3 Km radious. Few train station are near by and shopping malls with in few minutes too.

What else I should look for...........!
