Supply St

"At the center of everything"

We are close to all the main shopping centres in the surrounding areas (Carlingford, Eastwood, North Rocks, Top Ryde, Macquarie), but far enough to maintain the peace and quiet. Lots of trees and bird life thanks to parks and reserves, the main one being Galaringi Reserve with 23 hectares. The street has been steadily improving and many houses have been knocked down, with new ones being built. The "oldies"are well kept with gardens neat and tidy. Buses run along Alexander St, which is parallel to Supply and they take you to Parramatta, Eastwood Train Station or Chatswood. A 4-minute drive takes you to Eastwood Train Station (the early the better for parking, but there is always somewhere to park even at 9 or 10am), where you can take either a country train or a normal train to the City, where you can be in 30 to 40 minutes. Excellent schools are also close by (James Ruse and the Kings School are two of them). People are friendly and now with a brand new footpath, it is nice to see couples walking for a bit of exercise or others taking a dog for an outing. Neighbours greetings are usually exchanged during the weekend, when everybody is doing a bit of gardening. All in all, a very pleasant street to live in, accessible to many attractions and during the weekends in 30 minutes you can be in the City.
