if you love increasing traffic noise, this is the street for you especially since home hardware opened up and the tradies love to belt down the street in the morning. At least the ambulances do't put on their sirens til they exit the street - it's not actually that bad for richmond but its getting worse. ! Rental prices are all over, our neighbours pay $100 p/wk more than us for the same type of house! It is a great place to live close to everything but traffic is becoming worse and parking is becoming painful. Crown st is great overall.
