"Too many Tourist"

Hard to get buliding permits with new fire laws in place and not many blocks are flat

Great for

  • Wild life is nice lots of birds

Not great for

  • Everything echos
  • Tourists
  • Too many motor bikes

Highly disagree.
Permits are easy now.
You hardy hear bikes.
Really wouldn't call anyone a tourist.
