"Too overpriced & high crime rate."
Don't understand why people are paying so much to live in a place that is over priced, dirty and not the most safest suburb in Melbourne.
Just because there are new estates, people are being fooled into spending a lot of money to buy something new but not worth the value.
But in saying that it is a good place to invest. Reason is because there will always be foolish people, mainly migrants from Asia who will spend ridicules amounts of money to buy near Springvale (Another suburb which is over priced). So for live it is not so good, but for investing it is good.
Not great for
- Boring mediocre Comunty Atmosphere
- No Local shopping facilities
- Way overpriced small housing lots

Long way from city by train. Nearest station is Noble Park or Dandenong.....Drugs n Thugs mentality!
Being away from train staion is good , no junkies hanging around. Long way is 40 min train ride from springvale to southern cross ... seriously ?
Dirty? "Mr Nameless" with new estates ?, hope you not confusing it with noble park area close to noble park staion. People who can't afford to live in keysborugh will come up with silly excuses to name and shame the suburb.

When he says "dirty" he is not referring to the new estates, he is referring to the builders that build them (and are lining their pockets whilst ripping of unsuspecting buyers). Though I'm not sure if they are doing anything wrong. First home buyers grant also helps the young ones get in the market.
lived in endeavour hills also dandenong also now noble park 11 years and no far from station and im. migrant also now citizen here going often keysborough never had any issues in any of this subrubs keysborough is beatifull family subrub and has as of people say is dirty i havent seen anything is family people area same as of noble park i never had issues forget to lock doors sometimes nobody broked in or anything as of gangs possibile is just kids young but never seen any since new station and all many police there is nothing like that mainly family area and older people
You are so right. My parents divorced i moved from hampton bayside to keysborough and gosh i really notice the difference. HORIBBLE area! But tbh the asians are the only people who make it good so dont bag the asians
