Stoneville

"Affordable hills living"

Located between Parkerville and Mount Helena, Stoneville is just a few minutes north of Mundaring. Still just 20 minutes to Midland and 50 minutes to the CBD, Stoneville is within close proximity to the city if that is where you need to go. Properties range from half to many acres with shady parks, the Railway Heritage Trail and Jane Brook running through. At the corner of Stoneville Road and Richardson Road you'll find the Stoneville Store, a bottle shop and the new Curry Hill takeaway restaurant. Bus service to Mundaring and Midland is available.

"A lovely place to call home"

Just off Seaborne Street in Parkerville, Johnston Road is withing easy walking distance to bus service, the local amenities such as The Brook Cafe, Parkerville Tavern, Sam Drucker's Store, schools, parks and the Railway Heritage Trail perfect for biking, hiking, horsebackriding or walking your dog. Running parallel to Jane Brook and then connecting up to Richardson, Johnston is set at the bottom of a leafy slope and offers treed and valley views. With properties ranging from half to ten acres, the street includes a spectrum of hills lifestyles. Peaceful proximity to the heart of the village...
