After the novelty of having moved into Malvern East has worn off, it remains such a lovely place. The consistent quality of housing especially the period homes and well kept gardens reflect a truly house-proud and garden-conscious suburb.

Private but friendly,caring neighbours, add to the lustre. It is truly a great suburb to bring up a young family with wonderful, established parks and outdoor areas.

Commuting by car is well catered for and Malvern East is absolutely spoilt for choice in terms of public transport.

Shoppers are not forgotten with Chadstone Shopping Centre easily accessible.

Malvern East is my suburb. I wholeheartedly recommend it !
